Russ Yeager is one of the top fitness coaches in the world — but he wasn’t always fit and healthy. He grew up a chubby kid wearing the “husky” pants, constantly looking for answers.
He became obsessed in his pursuit of knowledge around building a lean, fit, healthy physique, maintaining abundant energy, and still having a real life. It took 25+ years of research, trial & error, and real-life experience for Russ to finally discover the “secret formula” to having the body, health, and energy we all want.
After winning an international physique transformation contest himself, Russ was inspired to leave his career as a CPA and dedicate his life to helping others look and feel amazing, reach
goals they never thought possible, and “exercise their right to be awesome.”
Today, Russ specializes in helping male entrepreneurs and business owners
around the world make more money, grow their business, and reignite passion
in their relationships, by first obtaining their ideal energy and physique.
Russ owns two private personal training studios in Atlanta, GA. He is the author of
Live Longer, Feel Better, and Look Great Naked!, and has written for and appeared
in numerous fitness publications. Many of his clients describe him as “the most
positive and motivating person” they’ve ever met, which is refreshing in a world
full of too much negativity and cynicism.
Working with Russ, his clients have saved hundreds — even thousands — of
wasted hours and effort, giving them the confidence to know they WILL
get results!
