- Grew up in Washington State in the Puget Sound region; spent a lot time outdoors at Mt Rainer
- Very much a high achieving academic nerd in a private Christian school that her family could NOT afford but for the fact that her mother was a teacher there
- Finished college with in only 3 years because she was funding her own education; graduated with only $11k in student loans
- Her degree required a masters to get a job; so she went back to her high school job as an Assistant manager at a record store; paid of her debts
- Worked in Vancouver with the mentally ill; also spent time in Toronto as well; stressed and busy
- Went to Seminary and got ordained in the Salvation Army and then got married; got assigned to Seattle and worked very hard with the mentally ill
- Turning point when she talked to her leadership about not wanted to raise her child in child care
- Incredible Hulk moment when she was told “You can't make a living without this job”;
- Started Googling “work from home” found affiliate marketing course for $99; had to take it on the Down Low; she also found a personal development workshop in Las Vegas; changed her mindset
- Learned how to copyright and build sales funnels and was able to step away from the Salvation Army
