Dirk and the BERGflow team began working with GoBundance in January 2019 to scale the Tribe to the next level of growth and success for its members. As a result, Dirk was named CEO of GoBundance, a fast-growing peer group of successful men who understand one another’s unique set of needs and hold each member accountable to his own high standards, all in pursuit of helping one another plan, execute, and achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. Since the inception of GoBundance, new members have been added to the tribe each year. Today, membership has grown to nearly 200.

- Born and raised in Bethlehem South Africa, I didn't know there was a Bethlehem South Africa! Lived their until he as 14
- Spent a lot of time outside as a kid from sun up to sun down running around and having adventures outdoors
- Moved to a very small town in Texas with a population of about 1200 people
- More than ready to “Get out of Dodge” after high school; got a job working on farms traveling around the country
- Went to college near Amarillo, didn't really want to put life on pause; but decided to make the best of the situation
- Bought his first business, a ski shop at age 20! Did pretty well while at 1st location until forced (sorta) to relocate the business
- Overspent on all the overhead including summer inventory and more expensive rent; eventually had to close it down and had over $300k in debt
- Starting working in auctions and real estate; nearly killed himself working too hard trying to repay debt and provide for his family
- Finally saved his own life by getting a better job and listening to a Tony Robins audio program and attending a workshop on building high performance team 7 times
