Carlos Rosales worked in business leadership roles for 35 years, he knows what it takes to be a successful executive. His career has centered largely around sales and management, with experience in product development, new market establishment, and building/growing successful
teams for aggressive startups.
A Certified Professional Leadership Coach and Certified Process Consultant, Carlos launched his own coaching practice in 2007, where he helped his clients grow and develop as business leaders. Through his coaching assignments, Carlos was drawn to the concept of integrating faith and business, so he embarked on his life’s mission of speaking truth into the lives of professionals and executives, encouraging and empowering them to be their best selves in Christ Jesus!
Carlos has also worked with two great mentors, Zig Ziglar & Brian Tracy. Carlos recently wrote his first devotional book, 10X FOR CHRIST, based on his own life experiences and walk with Christ. Through his book and coaching/speaking opportunities, Carlos is empowering business leaders and professionals to reach new levels of business success and personal fulfillment. He’s passionate about sharing the 10X lifestyle and challenging others to live a bolder, more engaging life for Jesus Christ.

- Younger brother died at the age of three and his father struggled with alcoholism; Carlos spent much of his childhood away from the house as a result
- First married started at age 18 and lasted 17 years and produced 3 children; it ended because of his infidelity; he was following a cultural script of having mistresses
- He became a born again Christian and found Zig Ziglar about the same time; became the pillars of his new walk with in faith
- Learned realistic optimism among many other things from Zig; learned how to walk in Jesus from God
- Teaches in his book how to see yourself through the eyes of Christ; it presents a different view than the negative self talk in your head
- How to see yourself as a “Masterpiece” of God; and that forgiveness runs from East-West; meaning there is nothing that can't be forgiven
- Walking the journey of faith is a daily practice of learning your life is a cherished gift from god to be treated with love and honor; not disrespected and abused
